Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property management clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of properties and handle all aspects of property management for those accounts. This may include lease administration, tenant communications, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and addressing propertyrelated inquiries.
