Immediate Openings

We are looking for a Dorm Parent (Female) for International Schools in Bangalore to assist and supervise the dormitory activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Orients new students and assists in their integration into dormitory life.
Supervises dormitory activities.
Support remedial or corrective actions and assists students in making better adjustments and in planning intelligent life goals.
Initiates and conducts group meetings with residents to discuss policies of the dormitory related to sleeping areas, social and recreational activities and general dormitory living.
Investigates reports of misconduct and attempts to resolve or eliminate causes of conflict.
Must nurture and care for girls and support their efforts in developing maturity.
