Project Research Scientist-I (Non

Medical) for the ICMR, Govt. of India funded project titled _"_
Exploring the

therapeutic potential of metformin and acarbose co-administration strategy on

improving the functional competence of oocyte, embryo development and fetal

development in experimentally induced PCOS and type II diabetes" at Manipal

Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), MAHE, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Qualification:

Ph.
D. in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Science or First-class

Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Life Science with the

research experience in the field of Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/

Bioengineering relevant to the project objectives. Having experience in

ShRNA/SiRNA library screening, Chromatin immunoprecipitation, and proteomics

is desirable.

Duration:

Initially for one year. Extendable on performance/need basis.

Remuneration:
Consolidated Pay of Rs. 76,720 (including HRA) per month.
