Position:


  • Sales Agent

Qualification- Any graduate


(Two Wheeler Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

The job is exciting and full of learning since it involves meeting customers, understanding their financial goals and advising them about appropriate products basis their life stage needs

  • Utilizing your own network of friends, relatives, other contacts, social media network and partner's network to sell Life Insurance product
  • It involves extensive outbound field work in a completely planned manner with prefixed appointments and reference modelling
  • You will need to visit customers at the time and place of their convenience
  • It is a rewarding proposition in terms of rewards and recognition

Fixed Salary:

- "XYZ" as per market - fixed salary

  • Conveyance expense (over and above the fixed pay) (no claim process)

Benefits:


  • Mobile expense (over and above the fixed pay) (will be reimbursed to the service provider)
  • Medical cover (' 4,00,000)

o Incentive:

- ' 10,000 after 3 months
- ' 10,000 after 6 months
- ' 20,000 after 6 months

On completion STAR target (Level 1 & 2)

  • Further incentives will be applicable after completion of 12 months target as per policy of the company
