QUALIFICATION BBA / BCom / Mcom / BCA /

MCA

Job Specification:

1. Having Knowledge about our products & services.

2. Communicating with customers to gathering information about

their needs & expectations regarding their product or service.

3. Monitoring social media platforms for customer complaints or

questions about products or services.

4. Coordinating with Sales team to determine the Billing and sales

updates.

5. Maintaining records & sending reports / MIS on timely bases.

6. Communicating with customers to answer questions about

products.

7. Communicating to our customers and getting reviews &

feedback about our service and support.

8. Should have knowledge in Oracle / ERP Software.

Salary:
₹230, ₹300,000.00 per year
