RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES (Foundry process required)

  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Oversee and manage the production process, Ensuring efficiency, Quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure Products meet required quality standards & Customer requirements.


  • Process Optimization

  • Identify & Implement improvements in Production processes to enhance Efficiency.


  • OEE data collection

  • Address production issue promptly, Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime & Rejections.
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
  • Preparation of shopfloor wrt 5s, Safety, tools & Material for the shift.
  • Collaborating with other departments & Addressing any issues that may arise during production.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
