Job Description:

Passionate and experienced Computer Programming/ Coding Coach to mentor and guide our BTech students.


If you have a knack for explaining complex coding concepts, a talent for inspiring students, and a desire to persevere in shaping the future of technology, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on core programming languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.)

Provide individualised support and empathy in troubleshooting to enhance student understanding.

Design project-based learning experiences that foster problem-solving and collaboration.

Mentor students on portfolio development and technical interview preparation.

Contribute to curriculum development and stay updated on industry trends.

Desired Qualifications

BTech CSE/ Masters in Computer Science

Proven experience in software development and/or teaching programming concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners.

Ability to adapt teaching styles to individual student pace.

Enthusiasm for coding and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
