As a Spoken English Trainer, your job role would involve teaching and facilitating the development of spoken English skills in learners.

Here are some key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role:

Curriculum Development:
Design and develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and learning resources for teaching spoken English. Create engaging and interactive activities to improve speaking, listening, pronunciation, and vocabulary skills.

Classroom Instruction:
Deliver effective and engaging lessons to learners, focusing on practical speaking skills, conversation practice, and fluency development. Use a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and instructional materials to cater to diverse learner needs.

Language Assessment:
Assess learners' spoken English proficiency levels through various methods such as oral interviews, tests, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on assessment results.

Individualized Instruction:

Identify the unique needs and goals of learners and provide personalized instruction and support to address their specific areas of improvement.

Offer guidance on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication strategies.

Language Immersion:
Create an immersive English language environment in the classroom to encourage learners to think and communicate in English. Facilitate discussions, role-plays, and group activities that promote active participation and language practice.

Language Skills Development:
Focus on developing key language skills, including listening comprehension, speaking fluency, reading comprehension, and writing skills. Provide strategies and techniques to improve each skill area.

Correction and Feedback:
Correct learners' pronunciation, grammar, and usage errors during speaking activities. Provide constructive feedback to help learners identify areas of improvement and offer guidance on how to rectify language mistakes.

Cultural Awareness:
