Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a corporate catering or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:


1.
Manage Catering Kitchen Operations:

Oversee and coordinate all activities within the catering kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, quality control, and timely dispatch. Supervise a team of 20+ staff members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Weekly Menu Planning:

Develop diverse and innovative menus on a weekly basis, considering dietary restrictions, client preferences, and seasonal ingredients. Ensure that menus are cost
- effective and align with the company's culinary standards.

3.

Effective Planning of Processing Unit Operations:

Collaborate with the Company's Processing Unit located at MIHAN Nagpur to plan and coordinate the processing of food items efficiently.

Maintain inventory levels, monitor quality control measures, and optimize production processes to meet demand.

4.
Direct Reporting and Driving Improvements:
Report directly to the Operations Director and actively participate in strategic planning meetings. Identify areas for improvement in kitchen operations, menu offerings, and production processes. Implement changes and initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
