Description
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.- Collaborate with the Chef and Cooks to prepare meals.
- Maintain accurate food inventories.
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
- Restock the kitchen for subsequent shifts.
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
- Knows how to make different types of bread related to Tandoori.
- Knows how to make chinese food.
- Knows how to prepare kebabs (will be an added advanatge).
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
