Job Overview:


The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients within the assigned unit or department.


Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:


  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in documentation.

Adherence to Protocols and Procedures:

  • Follow established nursing protocols, procedures, and guidelines to provide safe and effective patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control practices and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Professional Development:


  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practice.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:


ANM / GNM/BSC NURSING MUST

  • Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
  • Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is often preferred.

Working Conditions:


  • The Staff Nurse may work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exposure to various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.

SALARY-20K PER MONTH


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
