Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential vendors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staffs to ensure proper storage.
  • Procurement of raw Material with quality and delivery Vendor identification and Development Billing, Expediting and Budgeting Comparative Statement and Documentation Negotiation with vendors Vendor Rating and Vendor relation Coordination with Head Procurement To ensure that all critical items are maintained as per the requirement.
  • Planning of Logistics Activities.
  • Complete knowledge & experience in handling Import/Export procedures.
  • Custom clearance process for all imports & exports shipments,
  • Import & Export Documentation,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Sourcing of factories for appliances and houseware
  • Order follow up and coordination of orders with factory
  • Timely shipments of factories
  • Travelling to audit factories as well and inspect goods
  • Manage a team to follow up factory orders
  • Other duties as the Company may reasonably request to be done in connection with the business of the Company.
  • Immediate joiners will be given high preference.
  • Any Degree in business stream to the position.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry would be Preferable.
  • Experience in a similar position is also advantage
  • Well versed in negotiations. Good in dealing with numbers.
  • Good in Computer and in communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years' experience required

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
