Business Strategy - Founder's Office

As a member of the Founders' Office, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Repos Energy's corporate strategy. Your responsibilities will span from developing shortterm and longterm business plans to exploring innovative growth strategies and forging strategic alliances with industry stakeholders. You'll analyze market inputs, collaborate with top leadership, and ensure our continued profitability and growth.

We're not just looking for a strategic thinker but also an action-oriented problem solver who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen- Key Responsibilities:

Develop Repos Energy's short-term and long-term business strategy, driving profitability and growth.
Translate our strategy into measurable goals, ensuring full visibility for the Founders and teams.
Monitor and track internal and external events shaping our business landscape.
Evaluate and implement groundbreaking growth strategies, expanding into new geographies, markets, and partnerships.
Analyze inputs from diverse markets and business units, conduct financial modeling, and present recommendations to the CEO.
Establish strategic planning processes, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Identify key focus areas, define goals, and craft action plans to achieve them.
Support refining our business model based on changing market dynamics.
Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems, establish performance metrics, and ensure successful execution.
Produce monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and investor updates.
Assist in sustaining investor relations, fundraising, and driving business development.
