Key responsibilities of the Front Office Executive - Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
- Greeting all walkins, Visitors and maintaining their records.
- Receiving vendor's bills, maintaining their records.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in office.
- Ensuring excellent hospitality to all visitors
