We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team in Calicut's Kinfra IT Park as a Creative Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Social Media Posters and Reels:

Create visually engaging and effective posters and banners for social media campaigns.
Design and edit videos for social media platforms, including reels and promotional content.
Add motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content for social media.

2.

Website and Mobile App UI/UX Designs:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and iterate on UI/UX concepts.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

3.

Software & Tools Expertise:

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to create highquality designs and videos.
Experience with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and software updates to ensure the use of cuttingedge tools and techniques.
Experience with AI tools and technologies is a valuable asset.

4.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

5.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all design work.
Review and proofread designs to ensure they meet project specifications and are errorfree.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic and UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including posters, banners, websites, mobile apps, and video content.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus.
