WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
  • Working in twoweek sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
  • We don't code in a silo. You'll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
  • We're always learning new codes and investigating open source communities. Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.
  • You have 35 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build and operate scalable software systems and services for Workforce Management Solution using Biometrics as Service
  • Build and deliver high availability / highreliability software on time
  • Build and deliver secure, scalable, and lowlatency services
  • Coordinate with other product teams, business stakeholders
  • Lead significant technical initiatives involving crossfunctional teams

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT OR equivalent experience
  • Experience working with high volume service oriented architectures (SOA)
  • Understanding of web services technologies such as REST & HTTP
  • Prior experience working with:
  • Serverside frameworks such as JSP, JSF, Springboot and Hibernate
  • Restful and SOAPbased web services
  • Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge in standard internet technologies such as HTML5, AngularJS
  • Mobile software development such as Amazon's AWS
  • Experience working with high volume service oriented architectures (SOA)
  • Understanding of web services technologies such as REST & HTTP
