Description
Attending calls/ visitorsHandling Housekeeping, security services on day to day basis.
Taking care of the day to day admin activities like records of Stationery, Couriers, movement registers, etc.
To ensure that all office equipment (lights, phones, ACs, computers, printers etc.) are always in working condition
Travel arrangements by Air, Cab and hotel bookings
Coordination with the Service Providers such as Travel Agencies, Printers, Phone Companies, etc
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Handling staff & plant administration; Attendance; Maintain files, records and documents of all employees.
Knowledge of Tally will be considered plus point.

Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
