Description
Roles &Responsibilities
Therole requires an individual with experience in the Route to Marketspace Primary and Secondary Sales Domain with deep understanding ofthe process and technology used by the Distributors.
The idealcandidate should understand how the various processes work in theSecondary Distribution space and should be able to leverage thedata to derive actionableinsights.
Experience ofimplementation of DMS and SFA will be addedadvantage.JobDescription :
Shouldhave good understanding of RTM domain space Distributor ManagementSystems and Field Force management systems via handheld terminal(HHT) Beat Management Order capturing viaHHT
Should have handledimplementations of DMS/ SFA systems and is well aware of thehierarchy setups
Should have goodproject management skills with understand of the end to end projectlifecycle for DMS/ SFAimplementations
Analytics& Dashboarding:
Should understand how to leverage datawhich is available at different platforms for Primary &secondary sales and come up with actionableinsights
Should be an independentthinker and have zeal to drive action spanning acrossmultifunctional teams/vendors
Should have knack for capturing repeated pattern/trend in supporttickets raised in last 36 months and come up with action plan tothwart any performance/application/businessissue
Should be able to think athigher level in terms of data flows and interfaces build up toguide team to come up with optimal design for anydevelopments
Experience ondifferent FMCG sales systems related with Retailer app (forordering) HHT DMS SAP will be an addedadvantage
Should have knowledgeon RTM Analytics and additional Online Saleschannels

EducationalQualifications:
Strongeducational background from reputed engineering and managementschool
RequiredSkills:
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with internaland external stakeholders
Abilityto work on complex application/technical problem identification andresolution
Comfortable withapplying technical solutions to business/technical problems throughcustomer interactions design debugging testing andintegration/implementation
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales and DistributionSpace
Exposure to DMS e.g. BotreeNewspage etc. will be an addedadvantage
