Role:
Trainee Recruiter - Fresher - Remote/Hybrid

Location:
Chennai, TN

Shift:
Night Shift (US - EST Time Zone)

Responsibilities:


  • Post jobs on professional sites and job sites
  • Assist teams in screening resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Attend daily recruiting stand up meeting
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Coordinate drug tests and background checks
  • Participate in recruiting events

Requirements and skills:


  • 02 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Criticalthinking skills
  • BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field
