Job Summary
Your job function also includes call centers and digital channels that support Fraud Prevention and Claims, Disputes, and Recovery.

Your role is specifically designed to work across functions within FCPS Inbound Phones to identify and execute on a variety of initiatives designed to achieve operational excellence.

You will also partner with Risk, POS Strategy, and Consumer and Community Banking Operations teams to identify and execute on those initiatives as well as FCPS Product teams to assess effectiveness of initiatives and fixes.


Responsibilities:


  • Work across functions in FCPS Inbound Phones to identify and execute on a variety of initiatives designed to achieve operational excellence
  • Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies and lead teams of experienced Specialists
  • Develop business cases to aid in prioritization discussions and ensure efficient utilization of resources
  • Partner with peers across the organization to influence and introduce change
  • Utilizing data analysis techniques, synthesize data from multiple sources to create compelling presentations for executive leadership
  • Support product teams in assessing effectiveness of initiatives and fixes, providing feedback for pre and post implementation tracking

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Prefer 5+ years of related experience in Business Management, Operations Management and/or Business Support functions
  • Skilled Kaizen facilitator for both inperson and virtual environments
  • Lean Six Sigma
    Green Belt
  • Experience working remotely with a supervisor and/or other team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred (data sets, linked workbooks, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Look ups)
  • Experience in an Agile/sprint environment preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Able to confidently engage diverse groups, including senior level stakeholders, with databacked insights
  • Effectively prioritizes and delegates work while developing and coaching others
  • Provides concise and meaningful analysis for Senior Leadership, supported by accurate and concise data
  • Able to successfully identify changing priorities based on risk factors
  • Maintains and effectively manages partnerships to ground data and analysis prior to publication
  • Works autonomously to ensure deadlines are met while providing quality output.
