We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team.

As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT talent for positions within the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in technology to effectively identify and attract top talent within the domestic market.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully filling technical positions within the domestic market.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹9, ₹47,470.85 per month
