Position:
Tele caller - Outbound - US Sales


Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years in tele calling mandatorily in the US market


Education:

Any relevant degree

PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016


Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within the US market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Conduct cold calls and followup with leads to schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
  • Utilize calling tools and maintain detailed records in spreadsheets.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
