Highly Preferred Skills

Should communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
Should stay up to date with the latest industry developments, standards, and technologies
Should have good analytical skills, good in exploratory testing and should display critical, qualityoriented, sceptical thinking about the product
Good overall knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM)
Knowledge of basics of ServiceNow
Should have strong communication skills both verbally and written. Should be able to articulate the details and present expectations very well to team/stakeholders
Have worked as a BA for +2 years
Technical background.

Good to have skills

CSA certification
CSPO
Good to have experience in agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban models

Key responsibilities

Ensure serviceNow instance meets business requirements.
Be the bridge between stakeholders and ServiceNow scrum team.
Capture requirements clearly and articulate the same to development team seamlessly.
Well versed with ADO, Jira tools.
Work independently ensuring business requirements are catered to in a timely manner also platform enhancement is catered to.
Well versed with Agile working model.
Strong attitude towards teamwork, knowledge sharing and documentation
Work closely with scrum master and take over scrum master responsibility if needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience as a PO with ServiceNow
8+ years overall experience
