- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps.
- Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience is seamless and aligns with product goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to measure the effectiveness of design decisions.
- Stay uptodate on the latest UX trends and best practices.
- Design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with our brand identity and design system.
- Collaborate with UI engineers to ensure designs are feasible for development.
- Develop and maintain our design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual design principles (color, typography, layout, etc.).
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to ensure a holistic view of the product.
- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Be open to feedback and iterate on designs based on team input.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design and UX.
- Proven experience designing and working within design systems.
- A solid understanding of usercentered design (UCD) principles.
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, user testing, etc.).
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, InVision, Adobe XD).
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of design principles.
- Experience with UI design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for creating userfriendly and visually appealing products.
