Description
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section.- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
