- 5 year of relevant experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Minimum experience:
- 23 years of experience in a real estate or similar role
Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

- Proficiency with MS Office
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.

Profile Introduction:
Responsibilities:

Reception and Greeting: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the office.

Office Coordination: Assist in managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and other relevant documents.

Visitor Assistance: Provide information to visitors, assist with inquiries, and ensure they are directed to the right individuals or departments.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and coordination of office events or functions.
Requirements:

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.

Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.

Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service or a front-facing role is preferred.

Problem Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations with poise and find effective solutions.
