Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.

Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and mutual benefit.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress against goals and present insights to management.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hotel operations, services, and industry trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, negotiate, and influence others.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to create win-win solutions.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Pay:
₹264, ₹360,000.00 per year
