To understand and know the impact of ingredients while manufacturing product- To develop the necessary products by knowing the right ratios of material
- To know the requirement of product approval and prepare necessary documents
- To guide the sales and field trial people about product time to time to improve sales
- To understand the concern raised by field farmers or trainee and explain in detail the reasons
- Assure the farmers/ Trainee and Sales team about the product
- Know the competing products features, their advantages and disadvantages against the product we have developed
- Consistently think about product improvement and improve product mix
- To act as responsible person for Govt. Approvals
