Manage the focal point, mid-year cycles, systems set up, testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution for North America and Corporate Groups.

Partner in development of merit & IC ranges and budgets. Administer LTI & Pay Equity activities.

  • Manage annual focal point processes and activities including systems set up, testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution
  • Partner with various functions e.g. Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Business/Function for annual cycle activities
  • Partner with NA TR team in development of merit and IC budgets by business
  • Lead and support all midyear
  • Lead and support all pay equity analysis
  • Partner with Global HR Ops on tool, system testing's and enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement in our processes through identifying errors, recommending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters a plus. Areas of study may include human resources, business, or finance
  • 5+ year's work experience in HR function with North America in a similar large scale setup (120K+ employee base)
  • Strong accument on Annual Pay Review with at least 23 annual cycles / Focal point experience supporting on Salary & Bonus, YE reconciliations and validations experience
  • Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
  • Must be able to influence others without authority and find alignment across potentially competing agendas to ensure progress to plan
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
