Responsible for quality testing of RMs like Jaggery, oil, sugar etc, in process quality control, finished products testing and approval.

Responsible for cGMP documentation related to chemistry department.
Accountable for analytical method validation and inputs for process validation.
Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
To provide project guidance to M Sc students, Training for Doctors (Ayurveda) and M Sc students.
To carry out evaluation of antioxidants of different Ayurvedic medicines, Phytochemical and physico-chemical analysis, UV-Visible spectroscopy, In vitro and in vivo antioxidant evaluation of herbal medicines, Different phytochemical extraction techniques and Thin layer chromatography as part of the R&D work.
Water, milk analysis and effluent water analysis.
To work in the team of new product developments and Research & development
Trials.
To work flexibly with other departments.
To conduct stability studies of selected products.
Responsible for stock maintenance of glass wares and chemicals used for analysis and keeping proper stock register of both.
Responsible for proper usage of lab equipments, timely report of any dysfunctions of equipments and follow up for repair.
