We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and persuading them to enroll in our educational programs.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed in their educational journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and professionals to promote our educational programs and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, warm leads, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their educational needs and provide relevant information about our programs.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our educational offerings and address any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.
  • Persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs by highlighting the value and relevance of our courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call details and outcomes, in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and enrollment conversions.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend shifts, if required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
