- Manage the day to day update in the technology platform for youth
- Be the front facing individual at the Office for addressing queries of the youth whose profile is being maintained by
- Specific Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Officer will be responsible for creating the profiles and placement data of Youths Shall be responsible for managing youths from targeted colleges
- Registering of youth in the tech platform
- Counseling of youth
- Entering and maintaining day to day updates in the technology platform
- Support the Programme Manager in handling day to day logistics related work
- Support the Programme Manager in maintenance of records and documents pertaining to all administrative work
- Notifying to the Programme Manager all the gaps and issues with respect to the technology platform
- Reporting to: Program Manager
Staff Reporting:
None
- Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge of MIS and basic computer Skills
- Qualification and Experience (essential unless otherwise stated):
- Relevant degree or similar professional qualification from a reputed institution (Minimum qualification is
- Graduation) Experience of data entry and office maintenance (desirable)
- Experience of administrative and logistic work (desirable)
