Education:
Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years in Online Bidding (Upwork, freelancer, Guru PPH )
Roles & Resposibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling which should lead to Conversion (should have knowledge how to sell Web Services and Digital Marketing Services)
Lead Generation:
Find the prospects/leads through online bidding (Guru, Freelancer, Up work, Jigsaw, Hoovers, etc.), SEO, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Database building and sorting. Follow up of all the old leads.
- Creation of proposals, sending Proposals, order Processing and payment follow ups.
- Selling the Web development services to global customers.
- Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention.
- E-mail campaign, planning marketing strategies, organize and implement the marketing plans to enhance market strategies.
- Regaining of existing clients by regular communication and providing proper updates on ongoing projects.
- Analyze the various new business methods in market to generate the leads.
- Display understanding of web development and quality management process.
- Client interaction/presentation
- Managing new as well as existing clients
- Corporate level marketing
- Recruit, lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Apart from your own sales closures, you're also expected to train the team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures under your guidance.
Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
