Career Counsellor


Job Summary:


As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance with their career development and decision-making processes.

Your primary objective will be to help clients explore their interests, skills, and values to identify suitable career paths.

Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and assessments, you will facilitate self-discovery and empower clients to make informed decisions regarding their education, training, and career goals.

Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and employment opportunities to provide relevant information and resources to clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients to assess their interests, skills, strengths, and goals.
  • Administer and interpret career assessment tools and inventories to assist clients in selfassessment.
  • Provide guidance on educational and vocational training programs, including college/university selection, majors, and certifications.
  • Assist clients in developing career plans and setting achievable goals.
  • Offer support in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate career workshops, seminars, and group counseling sessions.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, job outlooks, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to create networking opportunities and internships for clients.
  • Stay updated on counseling techniques and best practices through professional development activities and training.
15 days of training period will be held in Punjab.


Pay:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
