Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research and analysis on topics related to emotional wellbeing, relationship dynamics, and online dating behavior.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate psychological insights into product development, including feature enhancements and user experience improvements.
  • Develop educational resources and content to support users in navigating emotional challenges, fostering healthy relationships, and maximizing their experience on the platform.
  • Provide guidance and support to users facing emotional distress or relationship issues through online counseling sessions and community engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and guidelines to promote a positive and inclusive community culture.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in psychology, counseling techniques, and online communication strategies.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
