Job Title:
UX/UI Designer


Location:
Ahmedabad, India


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and project objectives.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps.
  • Design and refine user interfaces to enhance user experience and meet project goals.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation meets design specifications.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of usercentered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Figma, or Axure.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Salary:
Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
