Primary responsibilities:


Experience required :
Pharma
2 to 6 years of experience is required

  • Achievement of Budget & Sales targets assigned by the company
  • Customer centric focus
  • Implementation of company strategy & systems
  • Meeting key decision makers (surgeons, OT staff, purchase, etc) in hospitals to promote company products
  • Focus on Major corporate Hospital & Midsize Hospitals to meet the business
  • Convert Hospitals to our brand
  • Develop good relationship with technical staff in the hospital
  • Develop Distribution network to cater market requirement
  • Update knowledge about the competitor to the company
  • Travel extensively when required
  • Conduct CME & Training for Paramedical staff in the Territory
  • Good Communication
  • Attend and resolve customer issues, if any

Skills:


  • Expert in CRM and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Coordination with internal departments to drive sales with customers and resolve
issues within pre-defined timelines

  • Ontime submission of reports for review by seniors
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn on the job
  • Team player

₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
