Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
Should have experience in
- Voice Inbound
- Solving customer queries/ Complaints
- Assisting HNI client with their request with an aim of providing best possible experience.
Processing bookings and making travel arrangements, hotel bookings & other additional on tour services

Strong destination knowledge along with expertise in negotiating rates with suppliers.
- Itinerary planning, product and brochure designing.

Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure:
-
Should have experience in Voice & Chat Process:
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support and maintain relationship with customer.
- Knowledgeable about Travel destinations, good at itinerary planning and adept at online software support
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,779.14 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
