Job Brief
A strong understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to administer and troubleshoot network devices are needed.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer networks and systems.
Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.

Qualifications

Experience in implementing, administering and supporting network using firewalls (Sonicwall), IPSec VPN gateways.
Handson experience and knowledge of switching, routing and routing concepts, access lists, IP addressing designing, network diagrams preparation
Network monitoring of all the critical network devices including router, switches, firewall and the internet and MPLS links. Ensuring all threshold parameter alerts are generated on time.
Coordinating with multiple external vendors for support, SLA and POC of new technologies.
Designing and migrating data centers, collocations and offices which include internet links, redundancy, network and voice data points, network devices, secure WIFI networks and voice infrastructure
Call logging, troubleshooting and installation of internet links and wireless access points.
Windows Active directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, WSUS, Linux Server installation on Physical hardware and Virtual machines
Backup and restoration of information from SAN/ NAS devices
Virtualization using VM Ware, VMware in production environments along with patching of all these.
Practical experience managing compliance/audit projects simultaneously for compliances like IT act, HIPAA level 3 and ISO 27001:2013. Coordinating with different stakeholders, working with external ISO27001 and PCI-DSS certifying organizations, certifiers and IT auditors and ensuring end to end compliance for all functions including IT, HR, admin, finance, operations, software development and legal.
Demonstrated ability to manage implementations of largescale, complex, multidisciplined, crossfunctional and highly visible projects/programs, Inventory management, License Management for software
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
