Job Title:
Tender Executive

Experience: 1 to 6 years in the têxtile industry

Location:
bhiwandi

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for tendering / bidding activities, Tender Questionnaires and Prequalifications for both domestic and global tender.
Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
Manage clients' bid requirements within the various departments. Examine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details
To gather tender information and references from various sources
To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to
To ensure that tender submissions are standardized with Client's tender requirements.
Handle order processing, monitoring, order execution, payment follow ups, performance bank guarantee, work completion/feedback, customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in a technical discipline
Familiar with tendering process and with prior experience

Familiar with techno
- commercial bids & tenders in marine industry & offshorefor oil and gas industry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
