Position - Domestic IT Recruiter
Location:
Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work from office (Onsite)
Experience : 5+ years total & 2+ years Team Lead Experience
Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM shift
What you'll do:
- Minimum 5+ years of Recruitment experience in IT staffing.
- Minimum 2+ years Team Lead Experience
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from Domestic clients.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Full time ,Contract to hire(C2H).
- Responsible for fullcycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job

- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
