Shift:
Day for females till 9pm/ Rotational for males
Qualifications:
- Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma
Experience:
- Fresher or Minimum 6 months from BPO or Customer Support (preferred)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues
- Maintaining customer records by updating information in the database
- Meeting targets and deadlines set by the management
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- No MTI or RTI issue, grammatical, or pronunciation errors
- Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma
- Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support
- Good listening and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexible to work in a rotational shift environment

- Cab facility with home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office
