Sales Executive Position


Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and

Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Lead Generation and Conversion:
Generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms, industry events, and referrals.
Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present the company's offerings effectively.


Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.


Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.


Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposal development and contract execution.


Travel and Client Visits:
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
Plan and execute travel arrangements efficiently while maximizing face-to-face client interactions.


Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to the sales manager.


Customer Feedback and Market Insights:
Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and business strategy.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.


Salary:
₹100, ₹600,000.00 per year
