Responsibilities:


  • Selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the distributor's market.
  • Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
  • Delivery of conceptual selling plans
  • Regular coverage of the stores
  • Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
  • Ability to think logically and identify needs
  • Effective communication with ability to persuade and convince when action is required
  • Adaptability to handle stylistic differences of customers and building good relationship
  • Persistence in efforts and strong desire to succeed ahead of others
  • High level of Operating with Discipline
