Responsibilities:
- Selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the distributor's market.
- Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
- Delivery of conceptual selling plans
- Regular coverage of the stores
- Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
- Ability to think logically and identify needs
- Effective communication with ability to persuade and convince when action is required
- Adaptability to handle stylistic differences of customers and building good relationship
- Persistence in efforts and strong desire to succeed ahead of others
- High level of Operating with Discipline
