Wood is currently recruiting for a Systems Control Support Administrator.


Job Objective:


Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact and carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user issues

Monitor and update support tickets and liaise with business users and internal and external teams to resolve issues

Escalates to and works with Business Systems Support Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) for problems that cannot be resolved


Communicate production and non-production system outages and other information to the appropriate user groups, informing users of system downtime and other activities that may affect operations.

Responsible for ensuring that all systems and associated support systems are administered in accordance with internal procedures and utilising processes agreed with auditors

Undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the level of the post

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:

Educated to High School/Secondary level to higher/A level or equivalent standard as a minimum, or relevant equivalent years of experience


Knowledge, skills and experience:

One year in an administrative or similar role is preferred but not essential

Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating good verbal and written communication

A willingness to learn new skills, systems and technologies


Personal attributes:

Proactive and able to work on own initiative

Good time management and must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail

High level of personal integrity including confidentiality and compliance with business ethics and Wood core values

Willing to work to defined processes and speak up when documented procedures are breached


Ability to:

Interact directly with business users globally from all levels of the organisation in a concise manner

Act as part of a highly skilled and professional team, champion collaborative working and provide support to a global business across diverse locations

Present new ideas and contribute to decision making within established frameworks

Advise and guide on user management processes and policies
