Inside Sales Engineer to achieve better market coverage and to grow our market share faster than ever to Explore, Expand and Excite.

This position directly reports to the Business Development Manager.

As an Inside Sales Engineer, your mission will be


Mission


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of generating more leads and improving sales volume, revenues, market development and Rental penetration.


The main responsibilities of the required position are
To increase our presence and market share in Manufacturing Industry & other market Map segments for Rental services.

  • Extensive cold calling and telesales 80%
  • Farming to Develop and defend Rental customers
  • Follow & target Government tenders
  • Drive and facilitate sales campaigns
  • Digital and physically when needed
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Lead generation and qualification of leads for field sales
  • Virtual Customer engagement activities such as focused group discussions on social media, and other channels to improve traffic on Rental page, to improve sales funnel eventually increasing Rental sales revenue.
  • Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all operation areas.
  • Focus on continuously developing a customer caredriven culture and support the improvement of our rental sales and service response to our customers for our operational excellence
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement in the use of digital solutions in our customer communications and relations.
  • Establishing good customer's relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers' especially key accounts & ensure an excellent standard of customer experience is provided.
  • Initiate, develop and execute marketing and action plans for the targeted market.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends and activities. Interact with other departments and sales team members and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve budgeted results.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities inline with the marketing plan, forecast and projections towards achieving agreed sales targets through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Organize, plan and record all daily activities on Sales Force and continuously update customers list, contacts, activities, quotations, letters, contracts and all other corresponding visit and action reports including lost order reports.
  • Managing collections and receivables and maintain cashflow.
  • Perform extra tasks as assigned

Experience and Skills

  • Inside Sales experience of Minimum 23 years
  • Graduate Engineer, with a management degree will be preferred
  • Rental sales experience will be treated as an advantage
  • You are a very motivated & result oriented individual
  • Team player able to cooperate with multiple stakeholder
  • Able to work independently
  • Prepared to face rejections over phone calls.
  • Fluent in English, good in communication with customers
  • Knowledge of Other local languages will be an added advantage
  • Curious to lean and attitude of never stop learning
  • Knowledge of various products portfolios for example of OFA compressors, Portable/Stationary Air Compressors, Nitrogen Generators, Boosters, Power Generators, and St
