Salary:
₹20 K to ₹30K per month (depending upon your experience)

Responsibilities and Duties

Ø Conducting IELTS training sessions for students, both in a classroom setting and online, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Ø Designing and implementing effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities that cater to the specific needs and goals of individual students.

Ø Assessing students' language proficiency levels, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and providing personalized feedback and guidance.

Ø Assisting students in developing effective test-taking strategies, time management skills, and English language proficiency required to succeed in the IELTS examination.

Ø Administering mock tests and practice exercises to evaluate students' progress and familiarize them with the format and requirements of the IELTS test.

Ø Providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement on students' practice tests, essays, speaking performances, and other relevant assignments.

Ø Monitoring students' attendance, participation, and overall performance to ensure their engagement and progress throughout the training program.

Ø Keeping up-to-date with the latest IELTS examination trends, changes in test formats, and evaluation criteria to provide accurate and relevant guidance to students.

Ø Maintaining accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and assessment results, and preparing timely reports as required by the management.

Qualifications and Skills
Ø Preferably 2- 5Years of English Teaching Experience

Ø Excellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.

Ø Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class

Ø Presentable and equipped with student handling skills

Ø Self-motivated and independent at work

Ø Preferably computer literate

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
