We are a leading UK-based Supermarket and Online E-commerce store having backing office operations and a Customer Service Team in India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Min 1 to 3 years experiece:
- Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service
- Contacts will be from customers and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Address customer queries in case of payment issues, and respond to other types of inquiries as well. Attention to detail.
- Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
- Coordinate with the coworkers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
Salary:
₹15,000 to 17,000.00 per month
