Qualification:
- Any
- Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)
- Variables & Incentive - 2 LPA
- 1. Sponsored Lunch
- Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns 15-20K/month (Weekly incentive settlement)
- Fixed 20% Appraisal on in hand salary every year
- Yearly bonus of 50% of monthly in hand salary
- Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) - Employee will get some shares of the organization

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in non Edtech industry in sales (B2C) or minimum 6months of experience in any other Sales industry (B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
