Teaching:
What we teach is fixed, but how you teach is up to you. We want you to bring your personality to the classroom.

If you love drama and theatre, then this is the place for you because engaging a student with the attention span of a goldfish (eroded by WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter) for 3-4 hours is an art.

On some days, you may need to conduct workshops, which would require creating content from scratch. On other days, you may need to explain to a student why his score is not improving. Figuring out the problem is usually half the solution, but it is usually the more difficult half.

Conducting demos and taking followups.
Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
Marking reports and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Handling school presentation workshops as well.
To create, develop and update training materials.
Excellent writing skills in several different styles/tones
Impeccable spelling and grammar knowledge.
Excellent research, organizational, and learning skills.
High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Preferred Degree requirements - Graduate in English/Mass Communication/ Journalism.

Experience in Education & Training Industry - Recommended.
